We are a family owned local business serving the Ashfield and Mansfield District areas specialising in Model Railway, kits, retro toys and games and model supplies. We have new and used stock for model railways and are dealers for Hornby, Bachmann, Javis and Gaugemaster. We stock Airfix, Revell and Pocketbond kits, Humbrol paints and adhesives, fillers and so much more! We stock fuel for RC plane flying and can access parts for the RC hobby on request
We try to go the extra mile to help our customers to find exactly what they need and we are always available for a o see how we can help you? If we don't have the product that you want in stock we will try to source it for you. Secondhand models are tested before sale and can be demonstrated on our in-store railway layout before purchase.
We source retro toys and games, things that you will remember from your childhood days. In particular wooden toys, and proactive toys for all ages offering a range of toys in a tin, dolls houses and rocking horses. We stock radio control models and supplies and will be expanding our range of these in due course. We also stock a section of wargaming scenic products.
Our wholesalers for toys include House of Marbles. AB Gee, Apples to Pears, Rex of London and Floss and Rock. These are all big brand names at reasonable prices for the locals in Ashfield.
We are re-starting our Junior Model railway Club in September. Activities will include making a small layout, building and painting scenic items. If anyone would like to support the club by making a donation of items we would appreciate this very much. All donations will be used exclusively for the club activities
